• Clients may cancel services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
• Virtual Assist reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Virtual Assist provides services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Clients acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy and efficiency, Virtual Assist is not responsible for errors or delays caused by client miscommunication or unforeseen circumstances.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
